New Beginnings

Pathogen Pictures™ started out as a mixed-media animation company back in September 2010.  The concept was flawed; it was far too difficult to make such completely different styles work as a start-up company with no start-up funds.  The show-reel was a bodge of different styles which didn’t work with each other and the directors had completely different styles when it came to branding which subsequently meant the founders went their different ways!

I have actually decided to keep on the name Pathogen Pictures™.  The name has a certain ‘je ne sais quoi’ that is difficult to quit and so the new wave of Pathogen Pictures is commencing.  The company will sport an array of digital styles and while finding its feet will have a big focus on shorts; competition and festival pieces.  

2012 is the year it all begins (if the world doesn’t end),
